“The best thing I've ever done! ”

It took me four attempts to actually make that first call to Gregory Pennington five years ago - I rang the number and hung up as I was so ashamed of the mess I'd got myself into, I just couldn't do it. However, pressing redial a forth time was the best thing I ever did. The girl I spoke to that first time thanked me for calling then took my number, promised me that she would ring me straight back and that in about an hours time, I would feel better about things and well on my way to regaining control of my finances and my sanity. She was absolutely right!

Every financial advisor I have ever spoken to at Gregory Pennington has been friendly and supportive. I was never judged, was always encouraged to keep going and endlessly congratulated during the last few months of the plan. The lady who rang to tell me I had successfully completed my debt management plan was almost as excited about it as I was and was so full of praise and congratulations I got all emotional and cried!

I cannot recommend Gregory Pennington highly enough. I was never felt to feel ashamed or embarrassed about my debt, the online service is brilliant and I was always able to contact and speak to a financial advisor when I needed to. I was never felt pressured into doing anything and was always fully advised about any additional services that they might recommend. I'm now debt free but dread to think where I'd be now if I hadn't contacted Gregory Pennington. I certainly wouldn't be considering a trip to Australia next year to visit family or finally being able to make plans for a new kitchen! A massive thank you for everything you've done for me GP. I will be recommending you to everyone!
