“worst company ever”

A 2 day job turned into a 2 month nightmare..first day they arrive...scaffolding does not turn up..they lied to me telling me it would be here, but they had no intention of using scafold even though my windows were on the first floor of a 4 in block house, my living room window 108inch wide 64inch drop they put in window frame which was bent...also glass in bottom of frame was distorted, when I complained to their custommer service about glass distortion I was told "we just cant take your word for it we will have to get a manager out to see it...why would anybody phone up to complain about a fault that was not there? Just before that a manager had been out and said window frame was bent and a new one would have to be made....this same manager phoned me back about glass distortion..he said glass would straighten out !!! When new window frame was put in...obviously it did not the glass distortion was an ongoing problem.... in fact 4 yes 4 panes of glass later glass is still distorted at one end....my windows cost 6,700 was it money well spent No No no, the windows do not block out any noise levels whatsoever, in fact the windows they replaced were much better than crsmith provided so think twice before using them.i wouldnever EVER RECOMENEND THEM TO ANYONE ms H Aitken
