“POOR DELIVERY, WONT USE AGAIN”

I ordered a set of ladders, I was told they would be delivered in 3-5 working days, they took 13 days from the despatch date to arriving at my home only to arrive damaged. Although a replacement was arranged they expected me to wait the same length of time again until I complained and the replacement arrived 2 days later.

The collection of the faulty ladders took another week as for some unknown reason it had to done in separate transactions?

The only thing I have been offered is a voucher for my next order which is not much use when I won't use this company again.
