“Better than expected”

Having read the previous poor reviews I was sceptical. However, I went along with it due to the relationship New Homes Mortgage Helpline had with the builder I was buying through and their experience dealing with the Help to Buy scheme. How surprised was I, I felt the service was great from the moment I had a discussion with their helpline, through to the adviser coming to my home and then on to the administration team chasing through my application. I was always kept up to date with the progress and received confirmation that I was ok for the Help to Buy scheme and my mortgage offer in quick time. Can't thank them enough and would certainly recommend.
