The advisor was patient to take all the pertinent details and responded with some solutions within 24 hours. The case manager then took over the administration which was very smooth.
After some thought I decided to change my attitude to an interest rate increase and spoke to the advisor who then found me an alternative mortgage product.

In addition we identified that there are better products to replace existing life cover. Which we are working on.

They wanted me to chose the product quickly but I needed to think this through. There was good reason since the special deals are quickly withdrawn and they did not want me to lose out on it. They processed the application on my behalf direct with the lender due to their special relationship. So it was fast and efficient and the offer was received in about 1 week after the valuation.

Have recommended L&C to friends and family before and will continue to.
