this is the worst car insurance company ever,making all reason under the sun to cancel a policy to make you pay the full insurance premium,they will make a way for you not to reach the end of your policy as they would always find a reason for them to cancel the policy,onething the customer service is very poor,you call them and wait an hour stlii no one will pick up the phone,if lucky you will find the customer service people are not friendly but rude.They are also inconsiderate,recently ,i was asked to top up the milage as i nearly finished it before the end of my policy which is in 2 months, i called them in 3 days consecutively and after 30 minutes waiting someone picked up the phone,then I was told to top up 1000 milage and to pay 184 immediately,i told them that 1000 milage is too much for 2 months if I can only have 200 miles as i am driving 4 miles each day,i was told by the lady on the other end that the minimum is 1000 and said I am using 400 miles each month which is impossible for me as i am using my car to go to and from work.in my car monitor i am also able to monitor hoe many miles i used each day so i am aware this insurance factory is trying to play a game to be able to get more money from me.I hope this company will be monitored by the ombudsman and consumers agency.to get rid of this people who are taking chances of insurance to generate money from pebople who are seeking cheap insurances.to all Car drivers please don't be fooled by them.better go to more reliable and known provider and you will not regret.
