“Deal they got us was good but not brill on customer...”

We got a good deal, and certainly it ticked all the boxes of the coverage we needed, and the detail we needed. What wasn't brilliant was a pushy customer service person who when asked if he could ring back the next day (needed to discuss between us) got "well is it worth me ringing back?".... the rates they got us sold us the policy, not their customer service.
