“Brilliant”

After being let down by wheelies.co.uk on a bike order I was very apprehensive about trusting another online bike supplier. I had a charity ride arranged so needed the bike within a couple of weeks. The bike I purchased was delivered as promised and I was kept up to date with the progress of the order. The customer service was brilliant and every time I sent an email it was responded to very quickly and sorted any issues I had. I later found the bike slightly cheaper elsewhere and Tredz honoured their price promise and I was given free goods to account for the price difference. I have been extremely impressed with the level of service and will most certainly be using Tredz for all my future purchases of cycling accessories and I have recommended them to friends.
