“Ordered Aug 23, still have not received it Sept 19”

I sent an email to follow up on my order, but was simple told that they would send me a form to fill out that declared I haven't received my order. I can tell you now, I haven't received my order. I will wait to receive the form... or hopefully my order eventually.
