“NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE NEAR MOTOSAVE!”

Firstly I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star rating. I first visited motosave a few months back when I needed my break pads and discs doing, they of course did them but tried adding extra costs on as well. They fixed these and a couple of months later I needed the alternator pulley replacing, little to my knowledge they fitted the wrong pulley into my car, I found this out when a local garage I trust was looking in my car and noticed that it was the wrong one! So after spending PAYING them to fit something that was wrong, I'm not left with this. If they were professional then they would have firstly brought in the right car part and secondly noticed that it was the wrong one because they put it into my car! So now I'm left with the wrong one and have been told that it will go again quicker, as its the wrong one so I've just wasted money! Another thing is that when my car was experiencing another problem, I took it down there (this was before I knew they fitted the wrong piece) they looked at my car and quoted me £150 including parts and labour, funny enough I went to a trusted garage which told me the price of the part and labour was only going to cost me £75. The people that work there are not professional at all! They guys barely know what they are doing! As I was a young driver and didn't really know much about cars, they used that to their advantage and began to say I needed all this additional work doing! But again as I went to get a second opinion everything was fine on my car! So many other family and friends have had negative experiences with this place where the guys there have just ripped them off! It's terrible and they should not be able to get away with it!!!!! Never ever using this awful place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
