I paid the $10.00 fee to obtain an unlock code for the ZTE phone. The website stated that they could provide an unlock code. I received an email stating that they could not unlock the phone and to make sure I provided the correct information. I triple checked the information and it was correct. I requested a refund. The following day I received an email stating that "IF" I paid an additional $5.00 fee that they could unlock my phone.
To me, this is unacceptable. Why wasn't the other program tried before telling me you couldn't unlock the phone ? Not only that, advertising the fact that it costs $10.00 to unlock a phone and than turning around telling the customer it's going to cost them more is absolutely unacceptable. It makes the customer think all you want to do is bleed money out of of them.
I requested a refund, and I receive a damn survey. When will I get my refund ?
