Salesmen were very easy-going; no hard sell. I was not getting the whole house done & there was no pressure to get done more than I budgeted for.
Fitters were excellent, were very tidy & kept me informed; they pointed out a slight problem with a hinge which wasn't 100% & it was fixed first thing next day.
