This was the first time we have booked a holiday on impulse based on an advertisement in a Sunday supplement. Any concerns were immediately allayed by the excellence of your staff in presenting the detail of the contract followed up by prompt,clear,comprehensive and reassuring holiday documentation. The holiday was a great success and the hotel as described simply first class in every respect. We will have no hesitation in travelling with you again. Thank you to all concerned
