You don't want to know the name of your staff member that was so helpful, but I believe she deserves pleanty of credit. She was pleasant, accommadating, and considerate. She knew I was delaying my booking for various reason, yet still kept me up to date on the fares for our upcoming trip over the period of a couple of months. She got back to me immediately either in an email or a telephone call...whichever was appropriate at the time. Even though she knew I had found a good fare, she still checked on her end as was able to beat it by just a couple of dollars.
What I don't like is the seemingly excessive charge from your company in the event I need to cancel or change. This in addition to the charge from the airline.
