“Professional, efficient and high recommended!”

Having decided too trade in my old car for a used car last weekend, I proceeded to visit the Fords of Winsford showrooms at Trafford (Saturday) and Winsford (Sunday). My old car was valued swiftly as I browsed the used car collection at Trafford on Saturday, I could take one key at a time and coffee was free! Staff were friendly professional and polite despite the number of cars that I wished to view. I test drove one car at Trafford and, again, found the experience to be without hitch and enjoyable. I drove to Winsford on Sunday and found the selection of 1300 cars on site second to none. As I wanted to try out a few different manufacturers and models, the fact that I could have two keys at a time was a bonus. The car that I had seen on the website was reserved for someone else who didn;t show up and the reception were excellent in that they phoned the reserver to check whether they were coming to view the car before releasing it to me…I viewed, test drove and bought the car on that day and picked it up the following Friday, earlier than planned. The sales representative,  was professional and friendly, explaining the exchange and additional extras carefully so that I could make an informed decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the car trying and buying experience at Winsford and will be back in a few years to purchase my next car!
