“Nice conept let down by poor installation”

well we plumped for the ultra-slim tilt and slide, as it seemed to offer the best results and could be done in a tight timeline. Give them there due they were very good up to the point of taking our money and installing the door, though contact them was a bit of hit and miss affair. Any way to cut to the chase the doors are installed and we have had limited success in actually talking to anyone - you have to fill out a service request and wait So we have a large scratch on the outside foot plate, the door seals were cut too short so you can see daylight through them, gap in the frame you can see daylight through, broken wheel which did not allow the third door to open properly unless you wiggled the wheel in the frame, trim peeling off and top frame that was installed in two pieces. So we have had a visit to repair the items and the wheel has been replaced, but we now have ripped paint on the sides where the seal was removed and we are told we have to contact sunseekers to see what they will do about it when it was damaged by their repair crew coming to fix problems. No ohh we will contact you to sort out when we will repair it. I am still dubious we will ever get an air tight door, so unfortunately while the door concept looks great, I would be loathe to recommend them to anyone based on our experience.
