I made a reservation for hotel & car for my sister's family trip to Orlando. I called their attention for the wrong time of booking for the car to be picked up on Sept. 18. I was told that it was already changed, however, it does not reflect in my dashboard about the changes made.It took me hours on the phone before the issue was resolved, talking to different CSRs in order to resolve the issue. My next nightmare was when my sister was about to get the car, the lady (name is Aida) in the counter of Thrifty Car Rental does not want to honor the car insurance I bought from Expedia. Once, again I called them and made me wait and talked to 5 different CSR. Until finally, the expedia people want me to resolve this issue and talk to the Thrifty Car Rental Manager and expect me to know the contact no. of the company. I hate to give them 1 star. Should there be lower than this, that is what they deserve.
