“Worst service so far”

I ordered a Beko refridgerator a week ago, paid all the costs upfront and they promised to deliver it next day which is sunday. Me and my husband unloaded all the contents in the old fridge and defrosted it as they requested so that it will be easier for them to recycle it. However we received a call way past our intended delivery time saying they can't make it there is no access for their truck on the road to our home on weekends. Having understood the problem we asked for the next possible delivery date and they agreed to do it on Monday evening. We went through the same chores of unloading and defrosting again..exposing our food for 2hrs in back to back days. It was past the delivery time agsin and there was no call or a text message or status on the terrible KNOW HOW website. We waited upto 9PM tried
to contact someone to know the status just to find out the "We attempted to deliver" status on their website. We rang KNOW HOW to find out the problem which was the INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER HELPLINE I have ever called. They literally hung up my husbands call when he was trying to discuss the situation and the same happened to me when I called them to book for delivery date!!

I just want to say that someone has to train these KNOW HOW people so that they "KNOW HOW to speak to customers" as your are doing an awful job right now!! This was our first big appliance and we are never going to buy anything in Currys PC world ever again!
