“Shocking service!!”

My partner applied for a loan with this firm. I was shocked to find out that they sent the application to at least 9 different lenders without my consent which has resulted in us being declined the mortgage that was going through and we were specifically told that this wouldn't have an effect on the application. They were very unprofessional, I could hear swearing in the background, laughing and giggling... I would not recommend anyone to use this company - they are a bunch of money-grabbers
