“Awful, Terrible, NOT Recommended”

1st delivery attempt made after 7pm (normally should be 6pm latest) on 15th Sept. Probably the courier just came to drop 'missed you card' as i was home at the time and did not hear any knock- my sitting room very close to front door! And being after 7pm i could not book redelivery for next day. Now on the re-delivery date, I made sure I woke up on early, practically my gaze/attention on the door expecting to hear DX knock anytime. Imagine, no delivery. I kept tracking and kept getting same message that delivery would take place until I lost hope when the message 'Awaiting first delivery' was displayed. I wasted a whole day waiting, they have my number but they didnt bother to call. How they managed to get good contracts is questionable. They are appalling
