I bought the 5ft Corbin bed and it collapsed within a week, I have contacted the "customer service" to arrange a collection and pickup and full refund because obviously the bed collapsed within a week of purchase.
The bed collapsed on the 12th of August, and we were told that the bed would need to be brought in and inspected by their planning department. I am writing this on the 5th of September after just being rung by the "Customer Service" again to be told that after weeks on the phone and drawing blood from the stone that is their planning department and finally arranging a pickup date on Friday the 11th, a mere 4 weeks after (the company advertises a 14- day money back guarantee ) after which I did not get a pickup or a call saying that a driver would not be coming.
No what I received this morning was being told that after reviewing the pictures of the initial collapse of the bed we sent in the night it happened, the bed was clearly User error in assembly and it was clearly our fault. Is it a bit strange we were strung along so long and then dropped after their 28 day guarantee?
Please do not order off Love furniture as they obviously cut cost and their customer service will lie to you to get you off the phone and seem to have at worst, no over sight and simply do not follow up on any outstanding issues or at worst have a management and supervisor who willfully ignores customer complaints and refuses to be of any help or service.
