Like the title says.. I have never experienced an insurance company like this. The worse customer service I have experienced and constantly asking for documents which I have ALREADY provided. Phone calls are hard to understand as the call centre operators are on the other side of the planet and first language is not english.
Hopefully I have now provided all the documents required for the 6th time and I am definitely not returning as a customer at the end of my insurance term.
Pay the extra £50 and save yourself. Use a company you know.
