Useless!!
For 15 years I have been renting out my property then a short while ago Countrywide took over my letting agent.
I am paying 15% of the rent for a full management service yet they have cost me a deal of money because of their inadequate staff.
They Failed to note damage to my property,amongst many claims a new Kitchen of 6 months damaged, unable to claim from the deposit as they had not noted it on the check out report.
Failed to collect rent from my tenant, I notified them, when I saw it preparing my tax returns as they had missed it.
Failed to inform me the result of a deposit dispute also costing me money as they had not sent documentation to verify my claim.
Due to the property managers leaving all the time, I am
unable to get anyone to take responsablility on anything.
Frustrating!! Avoid these Jokers at all costs , tell your friends and family and co workers to avoid them too
