“Avoid this company !”

This company sounds great at the sales pitch but does not deliver in terms of quality or after sales service . As soon as my contract was signed i noticed diminished levels of service . The job was far too big for one man , that's what they do , and took twice as long as planned leading to massive disruption for me . Job was rushed and quality suffered as a result . The fitter was a messy and disorganised worker who left my property like a pig sty day after day. I've had several issues which remain unresolved with never ending returns from their remedial fitters. Customer service is shockingly poor with calls not being returned and a lack-lustre approach to helping resolve issues . I was offered a £50 cheque for my disruption .... absolutely disgusting , NEVER use this company ....go elsewhere !
