“Much worse than Ryanair”

Choose someone else. Really!

My first experience with vueling was at Seville airport where they refused to let me weigh my bag "because I wasn't flying with vueling" despite the airport being virtually empty. I decided not to use them in future. However, against my better judgement, I made the mistake of giving them a chance 4 years later.

If you absolutely have to use vueling, make sure you select a seat in rows 15 - 31. If you select a seat in the front rows, you will be boarded last and your hand luggage will go in the hold.

If you need to make a connection, choose another airline. I took 4 flights with vueling in the last 2 weeks and 3 or them were really late. Many passengers missed their connections. The fourth flight left on time BUT vueling sent me an email the day before to tell me that the departure time was going to be 20 minutes later than published. It wasn't!

If there was a zero star option, that would be the one for vueling. I have been a regular flier for 50 years and these people are the worst by some margin.
