Called in last week to make an appointment.Given Monday,9.45.Turned up in plenty of time to be told my appointment next day.Waited to see if there was a cancellation but wasn't one.On arrival home looked at appointment card and it said Monday 9.45.Phoned in to Lewisham branch and they said sorry for their mistake do I want another appointment.I said NO THANKS,they have already cost me an early get-up,£1.20 parking and an hour's driving and waiting!
