In 2013 things were good with this company, since 2014 things have gone downhill. I have 4 cashback claims which are all legitimate to be paid, 3 of which are stuck in payable state but have not progressed further and one of which was declined by the vendor Hilton despite the booking being legitimate and receiving an email from them after my stay as follows
"Good morning,
Thank you for choosing our hotel and we very much hope that you have enjoyed your stay with us.
We have noted your anticipated departure today and have enclosed an itemized statement of your account as of this morning. Any additional charges incurred will be added to the final statement.
Should you require any further assistance in regards to your stay please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel in the near future."
I had to raise support tickets as the claims are over 100 days now and it won't allow you to raise a missing claim, and from there I have now had to raise a further request to investigate on the declined one. I'm awaiting responses on the other three.
I appreciate they say they want to give best rates so don't offer a telephone service, however if you raise a ticket and it isn't resolved they should offer a chat or telephone service to resolve this not have to go back and forth with messaging.
I will not use them again, I will now try another site.
