We upgraded 3 phones with Vodafone in June and all I wish is that I could go back in time! Biggest mistake ever!
Since our upgrades we have had to call Vodafone at least 15 times and visited the store twice. This is because they have over the last few months relieved our bank account of hundreds of pounds. one payment alone being near £300. During every call we have been promised the money would be returned and apologised to but here we are 3 months later they are still taking money and just to add insult to injury during one phone call we made the person cancelled our direct debit and they cut my husbands phone off! bit of a joke when the owe us so much money. Vodafone don't understand that much money could see someone unable to pay them rent / mortgage shame on you Vodafone. Value for money would be good if they charged us what they quoted us.
