“Do not book with this company”

Booked with this company to travel between Heathrow and City airport. They tell you they will check the flight arrivals, but they do not. There is no way to contact the drivers. Our first experience, they added 17 pounds to our prepaid fare because of a delay in customs. It took 2 hours between airports because of traffic and the driver's choice of route.
We had a four hour connect between City and Heathrow on our return trip. The flight was an hour late into City, when we went to look for our driver, HE WAS NOT THERE! When we called the company, they said he would be there in 20 minutes. We could not wait as our connect was tight. We told the company we had to leave immediately, they couldn't find the driver. We took a black taxi at double the expense, then onward Travel refused to refund our prepaid fare. Their driver was not there!
They will quote you a fare, then add fees if the plane is late or you are delayed in customs they do not tell you this could happen. They have no system to check arrivals and adjust accordingly.
