Good Points
At Croft End, the horses are well looked after, my daughter went for about a year, where she did very well.

Bad Points
There is to many chiefs and not enough Indians. One of the stable hands thought she ran the place, was horrible to my 9 yr old daughter, talking about her while she was in ear shot, telling her off for picking a horse for the following week, when all the riders did it, I did complain but i only got well she is good for the stables, not she was abusing a child's confidence and reprimanded for it.

General Comments
Overall, Croft End is a very good riding school, the centre has a lot to offer, just sorry i had to take my daughter out because of that one person, i wouldn't have minded it wasn't the first time i had complained about the woman, nothing was done on either occasions.
