when I found out I made an error booking my holiday for the wrong dates I immediately rang up and changed number of nights and dates. Whilst on holdiays it turned out that my dates hadn't been changed and I was only booked in for 7 nights and not 10 which left me very upset as I was unaware and was wondering why the hotel was looking for me to pay extra money to stay. once I found out the error I rang low cost who assured me it would be sorted out but not until the next day whilst ruining one day of my holiday due to worry and stress. I do acknowledge that they did sort it out first thing the next day. But it did cost me to ring from spain to try sort this out.
