My wife wanted a Seat Leon that was advertised on line and when we approached the salesman to get it sent up from another branch, this was done with no hassle. However on checking the car prior to buying it, we noticed a number of cigarette burns on the drivers seat, and pointed out to the salesman that we would purchase the car if the seat was recovered, and were assured that it would be done. We came back a few days later and checked the seat again to find a poor repair done to it, and again we did not proceed to go and pay any money until this was sorted out properly, and were given another time to come back again. We did this and this time both front seats were recovered and the car was satisfactory. Sales staff in the Glasgow branch are A NICE LOT AND DO NOT HASSLE ANYONE. I normally tell pushy sales men to get lost as there is a law against stalking. I would buy another car from this branch and have only given it the four
stars due to the repair on the seat the first time round instead of them being recovered, this said there was no problem in getting the work done properly the second time.
