Had a recent upgrade and been promised £26.17 including VAT, 3 months on and l am paying £35!!
First phone that l had send out was faulty, and had a replacement send instead, but been charged TWICE £40 x 2 months!!!
I got my upgrade on the 31st of the June, but VODAFONE decided to make my contract and charge me from 13th of the same month!!!
And that's not all.., when l called 'customer service' of this disgraceful company and spoke to number of South African assistants for 4 hours, l had a refund issued for me, amount of £63.73 instead of £82.21, reference nr IN01432023115
Of course when l checked my account, refund wasn't paid in full and my contract still remains £35 a month instead of £26.17!!!!
I will make sure that this is going to be passed around all over the internet and EVERYONE knows about incompetence of this company!!!!
