Orders two items had an email saying one was out of stock but they had already taken the payment from my account I asked for a refund had no reply but was then sent an email saying both items were in stock and arrived in store, great went to pick up, drove 15 miles on my day off only to be told actually one item wasn't in stock. When I spoke to customer services she said it was shops fault. Once again I asked for a refund and was told by customer services it would be done immediately.... 3 hours altar still no refund. Seems like A doesn't know what B is doing. I'm not pressed and will not be going again and have already told all my friends not to bother
