I have been using this for several months now during the night. While the nipples are much more easily stimulated and become more erect when stimulated, without continuous use they begin to go flat again. Another problem with usage is that the nipples become very dry, cracked and flaky. The trapped 'nipple sweat' in the cup in the morning is a bit gross too!!! But, having more erect nipples whilst using it definatlely makes me feel more feminine and sexy. My husband has noticed a difference too.
