Worst customer service on earth, we booked a hotel in Las Vegas. Deciding to cut our trip short, as the hotel was awful, we demanded a refund, for the days we left early. Expedia were rude, they kept us on hold for 40 mins twice, then put the phone down. They are outrageous, and have a bad track record of customer service.
