I bought the niplette for cosmetic purposes only. I have had these for over a year but only use it now and again. I used to use moisturiser with them however I later discovered that vaseline/petroleum jelly works much better. To avoid discomfort, don't try to apply too much suction when you first use them, although it is tempting! The results are honestly amazing you can't stop looking at your new nipples! Everyone is probably different but for me, when i remove the cups, my nipples stay fully erect to the size of the cup for a few minutes (wish they stayed like this for longer!) but they gradually go smaller. They do however stand out more now than they did before I used the niplette. If I used this on a more regular basis I'm sure the results would be permanent. I wish there were somewhere where I could upload a photo to show the actual results because it really is fantastic! All in all I am now much happier with my breasts, pleased I bought it.
