“Awesome to work with!”

I've just placed my third or fourth order with this company. I've always been super pleased.

Once my daughter placed an order, and she didn't like how the picture looked. She called C4L, and they just had her slice an "X" onto the picture, upload a picture of it after it was destroyed, and they worked with her to get a new print to be perfect.

C4L could have told her 'too bad, that's what you sent us', but they didn't.

That is an example of excellent customer service - especially when the customer is responsible for doing so much of the work, i.e. choosing the frame size, sizing, etc.

One can always play with the colors/frame sizes/effects to get just what you want, without ruining the original photo. Just click 'don't save changes and go back'

The pictures always come completely well packaged, and within days.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I've looked at other companies of this type, but I know what I'm getting with C4L, and have always been pleased, so why change?
