“Not a reliable service ”

The booking process was perfect. Problems started when arrived to destination.
I ordered a Citroën Picasso C4 to be picked up at Thessaloniki airport.
I got the name of the fellow company and told they will have a shuttle.
Seems that the company was not the one mentioned in the voucher, it took us a long time to realize that, than it took another 45 min till the shuttle arrived.
We got a Kia credit CW instead of our order, this is not similar at all to the car ordered.
Discover totally ignored my comments, they didn't apologize for the inconvenience, just said that they were doing fine.
