“Invisible flowers & delivery”

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law three days ago. As of 7:30pm, flowers still not delivered despite a three day ahead order. After two phone calls, noone could tell me why. This in spite of being charged $18.00 for delivery/handling. AWFUL
