My order was placed on the 16th August at which point CNF Outdoors took payment from my bank account. I received an automated email confirming the order would now be processed. On the 23rd August, having received nothing I emailed their customer service dept. to ask when I would received delivery. I sent a further email on the 28th Aug as I had had no reply and requested that my order be cancelled and a refund processed immediately. I also called their customer service number on a few occasions which was simply a recorded message saying that as they were stock taking they would not answer the phone in person but that emails would be answered ans there would be no change in the shopping/ordering service. On the 30th Aug I received an automated email telling me my order was being processed and on the 31st Aug an email telling me the order had been cancelled. Today, the 6th September, I have still not received my refund. This company is appalling.
