“DISGRACEFUL JOKE OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY AVOID!!!”

Firstly 1 star is terrible.

I had a major issue with my vehicle when trying to sell my car involving Police and contacting the previous insurer, (2009 issue) 3yrs before me owning it. I had so much difficulty trying to contact OCTAGON waiting upto 20 mins at a time and one time i did get through, a young woman was huffing and rude "what do you want us to do about it"!?quick to get off the phone. I wrote emails hoping that would get a quicker response but that was ( 5 working days for a response - still waiting (7 days) absolutely infuriating treatment and the rates for the call is 7p/ 9p per minute. to rub further salt in the wound £50 cancellation, for no service at all... that should be waived based on lack of service. shake down company.

DO NOT BE MISTAKEN THINKING YOU ARE GOING WITH THE CHEAP RATE INSURANCE QUOTE - (PRICE COMPARISON WEBSITES) THEY MAKE THAT MONEY UP IN QUICK SUCCESSION EXCEEDING THE HIGHER QUOTE -AVOID AVOID AVOID
