My wife got given some gift cards from Ticketmaster for her 40th birthday a year or so ago. Went to try and spend them and find out thay they expired within 12 months of purchase. £80 worth of gift cards now useless! Have tried to contact Ticketmaster but have not heard a thing! Why do gift cards have an expiry date? Shocking!!
