“Terrible service”

This was the first time we were using Hillary's and our experience was awful. We wanted carpentry work done to create a seat below the bay window for which hillary's sent a staff for measurements and gave us an appointment about two months later. Having waited for two months, we called to ask if they were on track for the appointment just the day before and to our shock they indicated they would have to cancel the job. The customer service staff was very rude when we asked why they cancelled and whether they had any staff shortage. We then decided not to ever contact Hillary's. We then contacted a local fitter and got the job done and we love the seating. Wish we had not contacted Hillary's at all.

Will never recommend Hillary's to anyone, avoid at all cost.
