“worst car rental ever”

Arrived in orlando florida, only to be told firefly had no cars...even with reservations...very rude firefly rep said 1.5 to 2 hour wait...so glad i had reservations....not!! Had to pay 100 dollars more at another agency....firefly should be fined for bad business....worst rental car agency i have ever tried to do business with....they should be shut down...
