Sent Galaxy Note 4 by Special Delivery They replied they had received it but it was very scratched .This was the first lie it was in a pristine condition having had on a glass screen protector and a genuine thick Samsung charging case.They devalued it a lot .I was caught by the short and curlys.I had no choice but to accept their lower offer.I was messaged that it was processed for payment and I would receive it very shortly.Days went by I wrote many messages no reply.I spent hours trying to contact them phone off the hook or engaged.On the third day I managed to speak to one of them I thought my concerns were over.I was told I would receive my payment on the Friday at 4oclock is that ok.I said are you promising me this he said Yes.Have we heard this in other reviews I think this is a stock frase.Of course I was not paid. I am forwarding all of the details to the citizens advice for them to forward it on to the Trading standards .This company that makes no payments to some of their customers of their choosing. On reading another review on Trustpilot that particular person has reported it to the police and is meeting up with them. I hope in the mean time these two men will see sence and pay what they owe and get this distressful episode closed.
