“The worst customer service of any car insurer - NO...”

Quite simply the worst customer service I have received for a long time! They locked me out of the quote when I was attempting to buy the policy just as I entered my card details.

Had no option but to call customer services and an adviser answered the phone and said I am sorry every one is busy can I call again on Monday! No I can't!

Having explained the situation - she then asked for my details only to tell me that she couldn't unlock the payment screen and I would have to ring back on Monday - my policy expired on Sunday so not an option.

Why answer the phone and tell new customers no one can help and when asked to speak to a manager - inform me they are all on the phone!!!!

I have gone to Tesco Bank - easy to arrange and only £3 extra a month!

Octagon clearly do not want new customers - beware if they come up as the cheapest!!
