Used Hallmark e-card over a year ago and they just charged my cc for an automatic renewal....using an expired card. After three tries to contact someone with customer service, I finally called Chase Bank where the gal there told me they do this all the time...put cc's into autopay and then don't have to pay any attention to expiration dates on card. We put a block on the account for any future debits and have put a cancel request on Hallmark e-card's website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you call their customer service #, you get a recording to leave your phone number and a rep will call you back...but it's been over a week and no one calls. Feedback on their website goes without answers too.
