“WORST CLIENT EXPERIENCE EVER”

I received vesting bonus stock from a former employer that had to be held at Computershare, so I never even chose to use this firm and could not move my shares out over the 5 year vesting schedule. At my new firm I had to report outside accounts and so had to contact Computershare several times a year for several years. Every time was the absolute worst call center experience I have had with any company for any type of service. There was a particular department at Computershare that had to service my account holding these particular shares. Everytime I called Computershare for my needs I was transfered multiple times because I was consistently transfereed to the wrong group. At times on transfers I waited on hold for over an hour. I cannot express how bad this firm is with customer service. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I will never do business with Computershare by choice and I cringe at the thought that I will be required to deal with them in the future.
