“Good mobile deals, but confusing at cashback deals.”

They have good deals on mobile contracts, I bought twice... But my biggest problem was there CASHBACK process and info is not easy to understand and doesn't include break down of your claim dates/details, they expect you to figure it out on your own by just saying 4/6/8/12 and such.... I have also used e2save and their cashback claim process and info was the easiest and simplest and showed in your individual account when EXACTLY to send in your claim, they should just copy them.... Or I will probably go back to e2save from next year for the whole family (5 contracts) for this exact reason :-(
